All stays are subject to these terms and conditions and our Privacy policy.

Guest or You: means the person making the reservation as provided in the booking details

Host or We or Us: means Triton Properties IKE, the company managing the properties

Property or Apartment: means the apartment object of the rental

Booking Policy: To make a booking, Guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. A valid identification must be provided before or on arrival. Guest must be at least 19 years of age to rent and be present during the entire stay – no third-party rentals.

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 and 15 days before check-in receive a 50% refund and cancellations 15 days before check-in date are non-refundable. Upon request and at our discretion, we may accommodate the transfer of a cancelled reservation to a future date, in the same or a different property, subject to availability. Transferred reservations are all non-refundable and may be only be transferred once.

Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Due to the nature of vacation rentals, The Guest agrees and acknowledges that any unauthorized holding over (“Hold Over”) could cause the Host to breach rental agreements with other guests; cause significant losses of rental income and to Host’s goodwill and reputation; result in significant relocation costs in securing alternative accommodations for impacted guests; and/or interfere with critical services, improvements, or repairs. The Guest acknowledges that all costs incurred due to a Hold Over will be charged to the Guest and may constitute intentional/ tortious conduct giving rise to claims for punitive damages.

Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of people allowed in each apartment is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

There shall be no refunds or discounts if any amenities are not available, or do not operate. The Guest should notify the Host immediately if any amenities are not available, inoperable, or become inoperable.

  • Guests must not flush anything in the toilets, not even toilet paper, waste bins must be used.
  • It is forbidden to throw objects from the balconies or windows of the property.
  • The Guest may not move furniture or change the wiring of any TV or electrical device or make any other alteration to the apartment.
  • Guests must keep the apartment keys safe. Lost keys will incur a fee.
  • Children must be supervised at all times when on the balcony or when using the lift.

Parking: The Guest acknowledges that no parking is provided.

Cleaning: The Property will be cleaned prior to the Guest’s arrival and after departure. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. It is suggested Guest brings beach towels or ask us to provide beach towels. Extra linens are available free of charge for long term stays.

Damages and Liability: The Guest shall properly use, operate, and maintain the Property and its contents and amenities, including, without limitation, all furnishings, appliances, electronics, furniture, plumbing fixtures, landscaping, fireplaces, and any other amenities. The Guest shall fully secure and lock the Property at all times when the Guest is not present. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.

Smoking Policy: Smoking or use of illegal substances of any kind is not permitted inside the apartment or in any of the common areas of the building. Additional cleaning fees will be charged to any guest breaking this rule.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed; breach of this rule may imply additional cleaning fees. If you bring a service animal, please inform us prior to your arrival and provide the animal’s certification. We reserve the right to refuse a service animal without certification.

Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property. Statutory quiet hours between 15:00 and 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00 during the summer period and between 15:30 and 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30 during the winter period apply.

Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the Greek Law.
By making a reservation, Guest agrees to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
